Who qualifies?

Any customer — new or existing — who registers or transfers a UK domain and purchases one of our qualifying hosting products qualifies for year one free. That includes:

• Domain parking (£10/yr)
• Domain auction listing (£25 one-off)
• Holding page with email (£35/yr)
• 25MB, 100MB, or 1GB web hosting packages

New registrations vs renewals

New registrations — Search for an available name on our free registration page, create an account, pick a package, and checkout. We register the domain manually within 24 hours.

Existing domains — If you already own a .uk name elsewhere, transfer it to our IPS tag via the renewal flow. Year one is still free with any package.

Supported TLDs

We support approximately 15 UK and international TLDs including .co.uk, .uk, .org.uk, .me.uk, .com, and .net. Pricing for years two through ten is charged at our published TLD rates — visible during checkout and on our pricing page.

What isn't included?

The free year covers the domain registration or renewal fee only. Hosting packages are charged separately at their listed prices. Premium or aftermarket domains may not qualify — contact support if you're unsure.
